1. Provider

CardScan is operated by WAMOCON GmbH, Mergenthalerallee 79-81, 65760 Eschborn, Germany.

2. Service Description

CardScan is a SaaS platform for digitizing and managing business cards. The service is provided via web browser at cardscan.wamocon.com.

3. Registration

Use of CardScan requires registration with a valid email address. Users must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scan cards without the subject's consent, (b) use the service for spam, (c) attempt to access other users' data, (d) reverse-engineer the service.

5. Intellectual Property

CardScan and all its content are owned by WAMOCON GmbH. You retain ownership of data you upload.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is limited to 50 cards and 1 QR code. WAMOCON GmbH reserves the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days notice.

7. Liability

WAMOCON GmbH is not liable for: OCR accuracy errors, data loss due to user actions, or third-party integrations. We provide the service “as is” with reasonable care.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Eschborn, Germany.
